Authors must strictly format their manuscripts adhering to the accredited official template (.DOCX).
1. General Submission Requirements
- Manuscripts must be submitted in English or standard Indonesian.
- The length should be between 4,000 and 7,000 words including abstract, figures, tables, and references.
- Prepared in standard A4 paper, margins 2.5 cm, 11 pt typeface with 1.15 line spacing.
2. Manuscript Structure (IMRAD)
- Title: Concise and informative, no more than 15 words.
- Author Affiliations: Full name without academic titles, departmental affiliation, university name, and institutional email.
- Abstract & Keywords: 150-250 words summarizing background, methodology, core findings, and business implications. Followed by 3-5 keywords.
- Introduction: States the problem, literature background, research gap, and novel contribution.
- Methods: Clear explanation of research design, sampling methods, data collection, and analytical procedures.
- Results and Discussion: Concise presentation of empirical findings with rigorous theoretical interpretation.
- Conclusion: Highlights main findings, managerial implications, limitations, and future research directions.
- References: Minimum 80% primary journal articles published within the last 5-10 years. Formatted according to APA 7th Edition style using Mendeley or Zotero.
