SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN DOSEN BERPRESTASI MENGGUNAKAN INTEGRASI METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW) DAN COMPLEX PROPORTIONAL ASSESSMENT (COPRAS)
Abstract
Faculty members serve as pivotal intellectual catalysts defining academic excellence and institutional competitiveness in higher education. Annual exemplary lecturer awards frequently encounter subjectivity biases and lack standardized criterion weight formulations. This research develops an integrated Decision Support System (DSS) synthesizing Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) for criterion normalization with Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) for multi-alternative ranking based on direct and indirect significance attributes. Fifteen faculty candidates were appraised across five core tridharma academic dimensions: Pedagogy (25%), Research and Publications (30%), Community Engagement (15%), Student Mentorship (15%), and Administrative Support (15%). Computational COPRAS results identified Candidate A03 with the optimal quantitative utility index (Qi = 100%, utility score 1.000), followed by A07 (Qi = 94.82%) and A12 (Qi = 91.24%). Spearman correlation audits confirmed rank concordances of 0.982 against baseline SAW rankings, verifying computational resilience and impartial institutional governance.
