EVALUASI DAN ANALISIS USER INTERFACE WEBSITE SIBUNGA MENGGUNAKAN METODE USER CENTERED DESIGN PADA KEJAKSAAN NEGERI
Abstract
The SiBunga web application serves as a legal public service portal for the District Attorney Office to handle community inquiries and reports. However, the legacy user interface suffered from low navigational discoverability and poor layout hierarchy. This study evaluates and redesigns the SiBunga interface utilizing a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The methodology encompasses user context analysis, operational requirements specification, high-fidelity prototype crafting, and dual-metric usability assessment using System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Empirical evaluation across 30 citizens established a dramatic SUS score surge from 58.5 (Marginal grade) to 83.2 (Excellent grade), coupled with benchmark improvements across attractiveness and perspicuity scales. The redesigned interface markedly optimizes citizen engagement with legal administration services.
